The concert:nova artistic team, Stefani Collins Matsuo, Martin Garcia,
Hiro Matsuo, Ted Nelson and Ixi Chen are presented in a series of pieces
written for a single instrument. Their only partner is an artist from a
non-musical realm, ranging from a video artist, sculptor, poet to
dancer, who will create an original artwork in response to the music.
Directed by bassoonist Martin Garcia, the performance will be an
exploration of the dialogue between a single voice and a single vision.
